Fantom was originally born in space as a ruthless saiyan warrior till she was 8 years old when she lost her memory in a battle and somehow ended up on Earth, unlike Goku who never got his memory back, hers is returning to her slowly and she's ashamed of it.
Emilia Lionheart found her alone in the city and took care of her. They're about the same age and they became best friends. Fantom's personality is much like her uncle's but she's much friendlier. She can be cocky and arrogant but she's very caring a loyal at the same time.
